RKNova Technologies respects your right to control how we communicate with you. This policy explains the types of communications we send, how you opt in to marketing messages, and how you can opt out at any time.
Transactional messages are necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Because they are directly tied to your service relationship with us, they are sent regardless of your marketing preferences. These include:

We keep records of the date, time, method, and language used for each consent. We never infer consent from inactivity, pre-checked boxes, or general terms acceptance.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time using any of the following methods:
Every marketing email we send includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking this link will remove your email address from our marketing list within 10 business days. You will continue to receive transactional emails necessary for any active service bookings.
Send an email to privacy@rknova.in with the subject line "Unsubscribe" or "Opt Out" and the email address you wish to remove. We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm by reply email.
Call our support team at (813) 656-3712 (Mon–Fri 8am–7pm CT, Sat 9am–5pm CT) and ask a representative to remove you from marketing communications. We will process the request during the call.
Logged-in customers can manage their communication preferences directly from the Account Settings → Notifications section of the customer portal. Changes take effect within 24 hours.
Where you have provided a mobile phone number and opted in to SMS notifications, we may send appointment reminders and service update texts. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message we send. You will receive one confirmation text and then receive no further marketing SMS. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number, or contact support.
We respect the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. If your telephone number is registered on the Federal or applicable state DNC list, we will not call you for marketing purposes. If you believe you have received an unsolicited marketing call from RKNova in error, please report it to privacy@rknova.in so we can investigate and correct the issue.
Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days of receipt. During that window, you may receive one or two additional scheduled messages before your removal is applied. After removal, you will not receive further marketing communications from RKNova unless you opt back in.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to book or receive services, nor does it affect transactional messages related to your bookings.
When you opt out, we add your contact information to a suppression list. This ensures we do not accidentally re-add your address if it appears in a new data import. We do not delete it from our systems, as deletion could result in re-subscription if you are included in a future data transfer. We may update this Opt-In / Opt-Out Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email where required by law.
